The Board
About The Board
Most screens in bars, gyms, waiting rooms and offices are tuned to sports talk, which mostly means people yelling at each other about a game you could just look up. The Board is the quieter option. Put it on and it shows where everything stands, and that's all.
It's a standings board, the old-school kind from a ballpark wall or the back of the sports section, with a slab title, a ruled table and a coloured header bar. It loops like a screensaver, so it can sit on a TV all day without anybody touching the remote.
Updates, Not Arguments
Loops, our countdown videos, are made to start an argument. The Board is made to sit in the background. Glance up and you get last night's scores, who moved up the table, who's sliding and which games are worth planning your weekend around. There are no hot takes and no panel talking over each other, only the standings.
It's the scores you'd check on your phone between conversations, already up on the wall where everybody can see them.
What's on the Board
- NFL Division Standings and Odds. All eight NFL divisions as they stand, then each conference's Super Bowl, conference and division odds.
- College Football Games of Interest. The week's college football games worth planning around, by day and kickoff, with the TV channel and the line.
- NHL Scores and Standings. Last night's NHL finals, then all four divisions as they stand this morning, with who moved.
- Premier League Table. The Premier League table, top half and bottom half, with each club's form and where the European places and the drop fall.
Every board is fresh by the morning, so it's current when the TV comes on, and every page says where its numbers come from.
Put the Board On
Open any board and let it play. It loops on its own for as long as the screen is on.
30 Loops
The Board is made by 30 Loops, the people behind Loops.
